Hickmon H. Friday III

Hickmon H. Friday III is an associate of the firm. Mr. Friday concentrates his practice on representing individual and institutional shareholders in a variety of complex matters. He has experience conducting extensive legal research and document review in the areas of corporate governance, tax, and securities laws.

Prior to joining Robbins LLP, Mr. Friday worked at the Naval Base in San Diego as a Corporate Contract Specialist with a focus on tax benefits. He also worked for a boutique litigation law firm specializing in securities regulations, equity financing, and M&A transactions.

Mr. Friday received his Masters of Law in International Tax Law from Texas A&M University. He earned professional certificates in Business Law and Financial Compliance from USC Gould School of Law. Mr. Friday received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Friday served as a law clerk for Petco Animal Supplies Stores, Inc., an extern in the area of corporate law for a law firm, and the treasurer of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Mr. Friday received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
