Kevin H. Kim represents shareholders in a variety of complex matters, including shareholder derivative litigation and securities class actions. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Kim worked in corporate finance, focusing on financial planning, analysis, and business strategy within the entertainment industry.

Mr. Kim received his Juris Doctor from The University of Iowa College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Kim worked as a research assistant for Professor Derek T. Miller as well as the Career Services Office, and served as a law clerk for a personal injury law firm. Mr. Kim received his Masters of Business Administration from The University of Southern California and his Bachelor of the Arts in Sociology and Criminology from the University of California, Irvine.
