Richard N. Lozano

Associate

Richard N. Lozano focuses on protecting the rights of shareholders in complex matters through shareholder derivative and securities fraud class actions.  Prior to joining Robbins LLP, Mr. Lozano worked as a law clerk in the business litigation practice group for a nationwide litigation firm.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lozano worked for a large company in the transportation industry alongside engineers, technicians, and executives. In this position, he gained technical experience and superior customer service skills.

Mr. Lozano received his Juris Doctor from LMU Loyola Law School. While in law school, Mr. Lozano served as an editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review. Mr. Lozano also interned at the Loyola Law School Project for the Innocent, a civil litigation law firm, and Veterans Legal Assistance Clinic. Mr. Lozano received his Bachelor of Science with Honors in Criminal Justice from San Diego State University.
