Robbins LLP Announces Two Tenured Associates Join Partnership
January 2, 2020 (San Diego, CA) – Robbins LLP, a nationwide shareholder rights law firm, is pleased to announce that Shane P. Sanders and Leonid Kandinov have been named partners of the firm.
Mr. Sanders joined Robbins LLP upon graduating law school, embracing the firm's fight for shareholder rights and corporate accountability. Mr. Sanders is a member of the firms' Shareholder Rights Practice Group, and focuses his practice on shareholder class and derivative actions. He has played a major role in securing monetary recoveries and cutting edge corporate governance reforms for dozens of publicly traded companies. Mr. Sanders is recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyer Rising Star.
Mr. Kandinov worked for Robbins LLP prior to attending law school, was a summer associate for the firm, and then returned as an attorney after graduation. He now leads the firm's Client Relations and Business Development Department. Responsible for client acquisition and service, Mr. Kandinov on-boards and orients the firm's individual and pension plan investors, maintains relationships, and ensures outstanding client support and engagement throughout the litigation process. Mr. Kandinov also leads the firm's Stock Watch portfolio monitoring service, which affords every shareholder insights into the impact of corporate malfeasance and mismanagement on the value of their investments and preliminary advice regarding the legal remedies available to them free of charge. Mr. Kandinov worked for several years in the firm's New Matters Group, where he identified, investigated, and drafted shareholder complaints regarding actionable misconduct, and litigated dozens of matters as a member of the firm's Shareholder Rights Practice Group. Mr. Kandinov has been recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyer Rising Star.
