Robbins LLP Announces Eric M. Carrino Has Joined the Partnership
March 4, 2024 (San Diego, CA) – Robbins LLP, a nationwide shareholder rights law firm, is pleased to announce that Eric M. Carrino has been named a partner of the firm.
Eric is an outstanding lawyer and has been a major contributor to a number of our litigation victories throughout the years. He achieved a great deal of expertise in shareholder rights matters during his tenure with the firm, and has continued to play an increasingly important role in the firm’s shareholder team.
Eric has always been an asset to the firm; starting as a member of the client relations team and working his way up to our most senior associate role. During his time with the firm, he has displayed a great deal of skill and thoughtful leadership, and his efforts have helped the firm achieve significant victories. One of his important contributions to the firm’s success include his role in the litigation against the officers and directors of Apollonia, LLC. Eric deposed multiple high-level executives as well as a key financial expert retained by the defendants. He also filed a successful motion for partial summary judgement and helped defeat defendants’ summary judgment motions, which together have positioned the case for trial this April. Eric has also played a critical role in many recent settlements and has authored a number of legal briefs that have helped shape the law in the shareholder rights practice area. Eric has been recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star every year since 2018, and is also a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
